I would first like to state that Essential Referrals is a Non-competitive group. We have the utmost respect for those who choose to work Independently as well
as other Agencies. We always provide reputable Independents and Agencies with accurate client references and believe that we are a community in which we
should all keep each other safe and informed.
We are a business first and foremost, a company in which we pride ourselves on our professionalism, dedication, drive and discretion. We are constantly
motivated and do our best to keep all of our Companions and partners motivated and driven to excel in this type of industry.
We want to tell you how we feel we are different, this will help you decide if you feel we are compatible to work with each other. We understand that we are not
the right company for everyone but if we are the right match to work with each other we do not want you to miss out on the opportunity, which is why we
recommend you try us out for 2 weeks to see if we are right for each other. So how are we different and how will you benefit while working with our company
and our other Partners?
- As I have stated before our screening is unique, we actually use a program in which we do a back ground check on every client, it is important that our clients
are who they say they are and we verify that they are sincere, while still maintaining everyone's discretion.
- Although we are known to have a strict set of guidelines, our Companions that work with us find this refreshing, our policies help us maintain a clean, safe
and upscale work location and Company. We are extremely particular about having a very clean and nice incall location for you to work from. If you are seeking
a clean, fully stocked organized company with an organized location for you to work from then you will be more than pleased with us.
- We have professional phone staff to book your appointments for you, our phone staff is trained 1 on 1 with the owner Monica for a minimum of 2 weeks to
assure that they are just as detailed as she is. Our phone staff is personable yet professional and are trained to help manage your schedule and
appointments. Having an assistant answering the phones also gives the owner more time to focus on the Company's Customer Service, Companions needs,
Companions financial goals, and all of the other little details in which make our Company truly one of a kind.
- Because Essential Referrals is an actual real Company you know that you're not dealing with a fly-by the-night company that is unstable or unreliable we have
been in business for over 5 years now.
- We do not make empty promises to our Partners we are realistic and reasonable, we are known for being direct, blunt and shockingly to some, honest. We
feel it is important to have an honest business relationship with all of our Partners and we want to make sure that our Companions/Partners are not
disappointed during their time with us. This is one thing we take very seriously and is the one quality we take seriously, our integrity is one quality we do not
compromise and always value.
- At Essential Referrals there is no room for egos, we highly encourage our Partners to work with each other as a team. We always treat all of our
Partners/Companions equally and fairly and do not show favoritism, we encourage every one to be strong individuals and Women who can be successful at
anything they do. Essential Referrals has a great group of Companions who enjoy what they do.
- We accept 2 different forms of payments from our clients for your convenience; cash and now credit cards, accepting credit card payments increases your
business by 30% to 70% and is much more convenient for customers. We always pay our Companions weekly for credit card transactions.
- We believe in order for you to be successful while working with us that you start out on the right foot, after all you only get one chance to make a first
impression and we want you to do just that when working with us. We wont just throw you up on our website with candid photos, we want our customers to
see you at your best, which is why we require for you to have a professional photo shoot before you start, of course we pay for the photos, so nothing comes
out of your pocket and of course your photos are edited for your discretion to match your likeness (we do not over edit your photos, you have to look like you of
course). There is no need for you to show your face in your photos either, we can easily protect your identity so don't worry. Of course because we want to start
you out on the right foot we do request you allow us 3 business days after your interview before you start working, again this allows us to get your photos
done as well as placing your listing on our website and providing the appropriate amount of time to promote you with our VIP clients and other customers so
they know that you will be working with us.
- We provide some life coaching and some mild financial coaching to our Companions, this is why the Models that work with Essential Referrals are known for
being some of Atlanta's most successful Companions. Most Companions (NOT ALL) sometimes have a hard time managing their income and we want to
make sure if you work in this industry that you reap from the benefits it rewards you. And believe it or not managing your finances in this industry is a lot easier
then you may think. So what can you earn?
Working as a Companion can provide you with a very healthy income our average model earn $2000 to $3500 a week working full time. Let me show you how
it works:
We work on a 60/40 split. We charge average $275 to $300 an hour per date with the split that is $165 to $180 an hour and of course all tips you receive from
your clients you keep, so the numbers below are just the minimum you can earn.

We provide full service accommodations to our agency Models which include but are not limited to. . . . .
- Screening: Of course all agencies screen clients but at Essential Referrals our screening is a little different, we actually perform a back
ground check on every new potential client. Not all places have the funds to provide an actual background check because it can be
costly, however the program we use to provide back ground checks is affordable and we feel that we can not compromise anyone's
safety. If a client does not pass our back ground check then we simply do not book them. But don't worry about missing clients over 90%
of our clients are regular repeat clients.
- Create your own schedule: Although we do recommend models to work a minimum of 4 days a week 6 hours a day (24 hours a week)
to be fully successful, you are able to create your own schedule that best fits with your lifestyle needs, whether you have another
job/business, family or college, you can create your schedule with work around your own lifestyle to suit your needs.
- Advertising: We provide a very aggressive Marketing Campaign for our company while still maintaining a discreet atmosphere for
everyone. Although we are a highly reputable company and are known in our community we feel that advertising and marketing is
something that should always be done to help bring us continued high end quality clients.
- A Private Location to work from: We provide our Companions with a fully stocked location to work from (NO HOTELS) Our location is
a clean, private gated community. Our location is fully stocked with a full Kitchen, Laundry Facilities, restroom amenities, Cable, Internet,
Computer, beverages and refreshments for yours and your clients needs, linens and much more. It is important to us to provide Our
Companions with a Comfortable and relaxing work atmosphere.
- We Book all your appointments for you: At Essential Referrals our phone staff is highly trained, professional and friendly and always
available during our business hours, no missed calls here, our staff is set up to work from their own home office and is not running
around with a cell phone running errands, we have integrated a professional VoIP phone system with an auto attendant in order to
making booking an appointment easier for our customers. We do not use our cell phones to book your appointments our phone system
is a high tech system used for offices and businesses.
- No money to start: You need no money to start working with us, we pay for all of your advertising and photography needs.
- Professional Photos: As I stated above we pay for all of your photography needs, but we also want to remind you that we respect all of
our Companions discretion, it is your choice as to if you want to disclose your face in your photos, if you choose not to show your face we
will be more then happy to protect your identity by blurring or cropping your facial features in your photos. Discretion assured.
- We are a drug free company: although what our Companions do on their own personal time in their own homes is their business, we
have wisely made the choice to not work with those that abuse alcohol or drugs while working with us. It is important for our Companions
to be responsible and lucid during work and we feel that those who feel the need to be "high" or drunk during work are not meant to be in
this industry and are most definitely not a compatible match to be working with Essential Referrals. We have found that sincere Women
who are interested in working in this industry are respectful of this and appreciate our strong anti drug views, after all we have a
responsibility to keep all of our Companions and Partners safe and this does include drug and alcohol abuse.
- Marketing: We provide creative marketing for our Companions, after all we do work in an industry where the income is highly rewarding
but we all have our up and down days, we want to make sure that our Companions are consistently earning an income and able to
survive those "slow days". We will work with you to make sure your income is steady.
- High Quality Clients: We provide our Companions with high quality clients. And our Companions never have to see anyone that they
do not want to see. In order to provide quality clients to you we do this with a combination of our selection and advertising, as I have
stated previously we do a back ground check on every client, we also have a list of rules and policies that we expect our clients to follow,
we will not hesitate to black list clients who we feel that can not behave appropriately. If a client is rude to our phone staff we will only
assume that he would be rude and disrespectful to our models, so we simply will not permit clients like this to book any appointments. If
any of our models feel un-comfortable with a client just let us know, like I said we do not want you to see anyone that you do not want to
see.
- We now offer our clients different payment options: Clients now have the option to pay our Companions by cash or credit card
using Visa, Master Card, discover, and American Express. Essential Referrals does not except credit cards by pay pal, we have wisely
selected a reputable merchant company who is highly rated with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). We have found that most middle
class and high class people that we cater too primarily use credit and debit cards rather then carrying cash. Clients are also more opt to
tip with their credit card/debit card. Most of our Companions appreciate the different payment options we offer clients because they
receive their same day cash appointments, but at the same time they get a pay check every week for their credit card payments. (Credit
card payments from clients are paid directly to our Companions weekly). We ALWAYS pay our Companions for their credit card
appointments, we do not with-hold any credit card payments unless our Companions request it for some reason.
