Here are some questions we have encountered I hope that we are able to answer most of them for you here.
Q- Will I be working alone?
A- We have a private incall, however other models do share the incall, 95% of the time our models always have another model there so
they are not usually working alone, however our models are not usually concerned with safety, we have fantastic clients who treat our
Companions well, if you have any concerns about being alone while you work just let us know and we will make sure you are never alone
while you work, you can just let us know when you're comfortable.
Q- What if I have a client I do not like?
A- We handle this in 2 different ways. 1) If you decide you do not like him until after your session is over call us immediately and just let
us know you do not want to see him again and we will not book that client with you again. 2) If you have a client who you just do not like
as soon as he arrives and you know that the 2 of you are just not going to click then we suggest you take no money from the client and
apologize and just tell him that you do not feel compatible with him and you do not want to waste his money, tell him you can have the
service call him to make arrangements with someone who is more compatible with him. Most clients are understanding, if they want to sit
around and ask why and can not respect your request, just call us, we can get him to quietly and politely leave with-out a scene, like I
have said before we heavily screen our clients so you will find they are safe, sane and professional men who do not want to cause any
scene.
Q- Do I need to have any experience to work with Essential Referrals?
A- Absolutely not, experience is not required at all, just a desire to learn and do the best you can, we want you to just be yourself and
enjoy your time with your clients. And trust Me that is a lot easier then you think it is, just have fun.
Q- What if I start doing this and I don't really like it?
A- If you don't like it, simply QUIT, never do anything that you don't like doing. Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a
day in your life. ~Confucius
I live by this quote and feel every one should do so as well. I want to make sure that when you work with our company whether it is for a
month, a year, or 5 years that you enjoy what you do. Granite we all have our bad and good days, but I want to make sure I can do the
best I can to make sure you have as many good days as you can. Working as a Companion is not for everyone, so before you decide to
do this you need to ask yourself why you are choosing this career opportunity, if the only reason is for the money then do NOT do this.
Of course the income is a plus so it is ok to say I am doing this for the good money, but if you can follow that up with other reasons such
as, I think it will be fun, I like the idea of having a flexible schedule, I enjoy working with people, etc. Then you are on the right track and
you will find your job with us to be a fulfilling one.
Q- How do I know I will be safe?
A- I am going to be very honest and blunt when answering this question, NOTHING IS 110% ever, this question also has different
meanings to different people as well. All we can do is screen our clients as heavily as we can without making them feel interrogated, we
also have a staff of licenced professional security on call and available for emergencies, if you have safety concerns I can help you work
through those fairly easy and as I have said before we can make sure you only work when others are working so you are not alone with
your clients. We have amazing and respectful clients who are only here to have a good time with their Companion.
Q- How much will I earn while working as a Companion?
A- This is a common question and we have a unique answer for our models during their phone interview, when you ask Me how much
you want yo make, I am going to ask you how much do you want to make a year? But to answer the question for now, if you are good at
what you do and provide a GFE encounter for your client and work at least 4 days a week 6 hours a day (24 hours a week) you should
easily earn $1200 - $3000 weekly, you can earn more if you work full time, we rarely see models earn less then $1000 a week, if we see a
models income decline we will assist them to increase their revenue, however if they do not take our suggestions seriously to help them
then they will continue to be dissatisfied with their income. We are here to make sure you are successful and it takes hard work on all of
our parts to accomplish this. We offer unique marketing and advice to help our Companions succeed.
Q- If My application is approved how long will it take before I can start?
A- We have a detailed interview process which depending on your personal schedule can take up to three business days, we believe
that in order for you to be successful that we need to start you out on the right foot, we want to make sure your first impression to our
clients is a good one. If your application is approved we will then have a phone interview which lasts for about an hour, if you pass the
phone interview you will then will meet for an in person interview with 1 of our supervisors and 2 of our other models, this takes only about
30 minutes, you are welcome to ask questions as well during this time to make sure we are the right company for you, after your in person
interview if you're a good fit for Essential Referrals you will then do your photo shoot and will start work with us after. Typically if you
have passed your phone interview with the owner then you are more then likely to pass your in person interview so don't be
nervous. I know our interview process seems extensive, but in reality it is no different then any other job that offers a 6 figure income.
We also want to make sure that we are a right fit for each other and do not want to waste anyone's time. We find that most sincere
successful Companions are happy with our interview process and are patient enough to wait at least 2 to 3 days before working as they
understand the process and the detail that we put into our Company and appreciate the detail and care we put into representing them as
a part of The Essential Referrals team.
Q- I am wanting to tour to Atlanta to work with your Company, do you work with touring Companions and what expenses do
you cover?
A- We are more then delighted to work with touring Companions, however in order to work with us you still must fill out an application,
because you are just touring we do require that you provide us with accurate photos of yourself, if they are not accurate photos then we
will not be able to work with you. We prefer to work with touring Companions with reviews ranging from 8 to a 10 in performance, if your
reviews are lower then an average of 7 then we will not be able to work with you, we hope you understand our request on high rated
reviews. (Please note: If you are a touring model we do not pay for your travel expenses, however we will provide you with a place to stay
during your time in Atlanta, you are responsible for your own flight, car/transportation and food).
