money to list with our company, we get paid for our services when you get paid from your client.

business relationship with all of our Companions as a partnership and do not go into any business relationship lightly.

Package A - Screening only: With this Package we screen any new client you would like for us to screen, each screened client is $25
whether they book an appointment or not.
You must provide your own advertising, phone number, booking and schedule management. This is the only Package that does not
include a listing on our website. This Package is for screening only and you are responsible for paying us even if the client chooses
to not book with you as we have already done the work by screening him for you.
Package B - Screening and Booking: We will screen and book your clients for you. This includes booking regular clients as well as
new clients, this package is great for those who do not want to miss their calls or for those that do not have time to answer all their
calls. We can book your clients based on your schedule. This package is only $75 per hour appointment $50 each additional hour
your client may book.
You must provide your own advertising, incall location, and website. You may use our Office number in all of your advertising and
website, this Package also includes a listing on our website.
Package C - The Busy Companion: This package is perfect for touring Ladies that travel often to Atlanta as well as other independent
Ladies who want to spend their free time playing or with their family rather then working, this package offers Screening, Booking and
an ad on both Eros and City Vibe, we do almost everything for you, all you have to do is show up to your appointment. This fee is $100
per hour appointment booked and $50 per each additional hour your client may book.
You must provide your own incall location, and website if you would like to have a website. You may use our Office number in all of
your advertising and website, this Package also includes a listing on our website as well as a basic ad on Eros, and City Vibe.

Who?

We prefer to work with companions who possess the following qualities:
- You must be able to provide your own upscale incall location if you choose to offer incalls, (No Hotels, unless you are a touring
Companion). You must provide us with photos of your incall along with a list of what amenities you offer your clients,
(remember they are our clients too and we want to make sure you meet their standards). If you need an incall location to work
from you may fill out our other application and apply with us to work as an Essential Referrals Contractor and work for our
Agency at one of our upscale locations. - You must have high reviews along with a reliable reputation. Reviews must at the very least average an 8 and your appearance
must average at the very least a 7. - We prefer to work with Companions who work at the very least 4 days a week, 6 hours a day (24 hours a week), however we
understand that schedules change and things come up, so we are flexible, as long as you are reliable and punctual with a full
schedule. - You must have reliable transportation and a cell phone.
- You must be punctual and professional, you must be available for your appointments on time, again we understand that
emergencies occur and traffic happens as long as you are not habitually tardy and communicate with our staff in the event that
you may miss an appointment or may be late, we are willing to work with you. - You must provide professional photos of yourself that are actually you and that are accurate and must be able to update your
photos every 6 months with us. (You do NOT have to show your face, in fact we can edit your face out of your photos if you
would like for us to do it or your photographer can do it). We will not post candid or unprofessional photos on our site. - You must be attractive and clean with a petite to medium build and must take care of your physical appearance, including
physical activity, skin care, hair and nail care and make up. - We do require you to send us a schedule every week so we may post your schedule on our website.
- You may choose to charge what you want to charge for your sessions, however we do prefer to work with models rates who
average $250 to $350 an hour. If your rates are higher we can still work with you, but may request an explanation as to why
your rates exceed $350 an hour. Remember our job is to make sure you make money and we want to make sure you are
happy with the number of appointments we book for you. - You must be drug free and not dependent on alcohol.

- Thorough screening, all of our clients undergo an extensive back ground check before utilizing the services of Essential
Referrals. There is no need for you to wait for references any more, or screening/background check is extensive and quick,
Our back ground check for your clients only takes about 5 minutes and is shockingly 100% accurate, it is a part of our secret
to our company and our clients are impressed with how quick it is, yet thorough, trust Me, you will be more then satisfied and
impressed with our screening methods. - We book clients based on the schedule you choose to work.
- We provide all your secretarial needs from giving your clients directions, managing your schedule, booking your appointments,
managing your clients arrival. - Safety check in and check outs, let us know when your clients arrive and leave so we can manage your safety.
- If you choose to not see a client again, just let us know and we will handle it in a professional and discreet manor. There is no
need for you to have those awkward conversations or avoid his calls because we handle all of your clients for you. - We will provide you with a listing on our website.
- Some Packages offer Eros and Cityvibe advertising.
- We offer financial counseling and assistance for those who need advice on managing and maintaining their finances.
- You will receive access and full posting privileges to our Essential referrals Message Board.
- You can choose to see our regular clients if you would like or you can see both new and regular clients, it's up to you.
- When you list with us, you will have access to our hundreds of different types of unique marketing techniques as well as advice
on marketing to help you maintain a unique fresh approach to your clients, which in return helps keep you busy. - Being an Essential Referrals associate you will have the benefit of booking with our Large pre-screened client base.
- You will be able to utilize the Professional services of our Assistant and dispatcher, who will book your calls for you and notify
you of your appointments. - Don't miss any appointments, even on your days off, we are still available to book your clients based on your schedule that you
send us for the week. Even if you're in an appointment we can still book your next appointment for you. We spread all of your
appointments a part by 30 minutes to give you plenty of time to refresh between your sessions.
